OM Yoga & Mindfulness for the Young Child

Our goal is to expand programming to every Head Start class across all 4 Head Start Centers in Washington County; this includes several (30-minute) classes each week.

Class components include:

Story Time related to mindfulness and social emotional learning

The lesson from the story will be woven into activities such as:

Yoga/ Movement

SEL Games

Art

Music
